A Warm Welcome

At Acorns Nursery we offer a warm, welcoming, friendly, safe and stimulating environment for your child. We have caring, qualified, experienced teachers and early years practitioners who are passionate about learning and development.

I loved how enthusiastic Mrs Williams is about my daughter and her learning and development. I couldn’t be happier with the adults she spends her days with.

Learn through Play

We encourage children to learn through play by exploring their environment through hands-on experiences and activities and developing their skills and abilities. We look to support your child’s development in a wide range of areas, including literacy, maths, communication, language, social and emotional development and understanding of the world.

Charlie only attends 1 day a week but the staff in Nursery have been fantastic. They have welcomed Charlie and he has settled so well. Charlie loves going to Nursery so we are extending to 3 days a week. He has come on in all areas in such a short time. Thank you to all the staff!

A place to Grow

At Acorns, we aim to provide a happy, secure and caring atmosphere which encourages our youngest children to flourish and grow as young learners.

Our nursery environment is well resourced and stimulating, providing a host of experiences to help each child develop a lively and inquisitive mind.

Happy and impressed with the staff’s attitudes and input. We feel Ollie is coming on really well with his progress. We want to thanks all of the Acorns Nursery staff. We really appreciated everything they are doing. Ollie loves coming to school and when he is happy, it makes us happy!
